RESOLVING TO BE POSITIVE - A Yearly Reminder

Each time the New Year rolls around, the media inundates us with ways for a fresh start through the making of a list of Resolutions. However, these lists are about what you should not do. Therefore, all your energy and focus throughout the New Year is on what you don't want. Wouldn't it be more productive to focus on what you do want? In doing so, you would be surrounded by positive energy throughout the year. A way to accomplish this is by creating a New Years Collage.

You will need poster board, scissors, glue and a lot of different magazines, newspapers, and photos. The size of the collage is up to you. If you are doing this as a family project, you might want a larger piece so that everyone in the family can participate. Cut out images and words to drive the visions of what you want in the coming year. Be sure to cut out the New Year date, and remember to include a photograph of yourself and your loved ones.

This annual practice is a great way to gauge the movement of your achievements while you focus on your creating the positive in your life.

Blessings of God,
Major
