Drawing Down The MoonToday, our discussion is on the energy of a full moon. Though some of you may already be aware of this monthly energy boost, you might not be taking advantage of its benefits. On a designated date each month, a full moon appears in the sky. You would be hard pressed to not notice it, for that is how bright the moon is when full. That full, bright circle of moonlight can invigorate the body, enrich the mind and charge the spirit if you choose to take advantage of that energy. Try the following exercise during the next full moon. Stand outside where you can have an unobstructed view of the full moon’s beauty. Allow yourself a few quiet moments while embracing its light. Then open your arms and imagine you are grabbing that energy down to you from the heavens. Allow yourself to sense how it feels to embrace this energy as it enriches you with night-light as the sun does for you in day-light. You will notice a difference in your energy and comprehension level in the days following this exercise. Keep a record of your personal results and you will soon realize how this is benefiting you.
