THE POWER OF PERSONAL ENERGY

Everything is made up of energy and that energy contains information that details the imprint of the subject, whether the subject is a person, place or thing. Your own personal energy is manifested of your parents through their spiritual connection to each other. You come from spirit and return to spirit because manifested energy is all that you are and energy does not die.

When you take this into consideration, you realize that your loved ones are still with you. They are merely a vibration away from your own energy field. All you have to do to tap into that energy is to meditate and be open to it.

You will also realize that you can alter, change, heal and revitalize that same energy to improve your life. How you work with your energy has a direct affect on how you feel in body, mind and spirit.

Taking all of this into consideration should make you realize that you have unlimited power at your disposal and that power is available to you at all times for your highest good. It means your loved ones hear and sense you, and that you are personally able to heal yourself as well as work to keep yourself healthy in body, mind and spirit.
