HEALING THRU CHAKRAS
As the seasons change and colds and allergies surface their debilitating symptoms, people often seek relief in the form of medicine. That might be an over the counter purchase or a prescribed one suggested to help with a cure.
In today’s world you are blessed with the bounty of marvelous ways to heal the physical body, but few pay attention to the spiritually healing necessary for the symptoms to never come back. That special healing lies in the balancing of the seven major spiritual centers (energy channels) called Chakras. These Chakras look after our physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual being. Each Charka resonates to a particular color and vibration.
When the Chakras are out of alignment, illness takes over. Therefore it is important to strive to keep them balanced and strong. An effective way to do that is to meditate on the color of each Charka and imagine them vibrant and colorful, spinning nicely. This will take some creative visualization on your part, but you will notice immediate reward!
Below is a list of the seven basic Chakra colors, along with a diagram of where they are located.
